This male has amazed us from the start with his gorgeous bright, dense, and highly organized fleece and handsome phenotype. Some consider him a "Next-gen black"! Color genotype testing for Jet Blue indicates he carries EE a1a2. No dilution was evident and both of his alleles are black. It will be very unlikely that he would produce light offspring and all offspring should cover black. We are excited to have this information to assist in our breeding decisions.

We are pleased with Jet Blue's production. His off-spring are predominantly black and female so far. What we find is that they are conformationally sound with correct bites. Their phenotype is exceptionally pleasing with full face coverage. The bone structure is large and straight on a compact square frame. The fleece is dense with complete coverage. It carries great density and uniformity of micron, color and crimp.
